Engineering design is made nccording to ISO9001 strictly eeasibility stuby, besic design and dotall dosign form three stagos of the entire Engineering procedure.
Construction activities and equipment & materlal procurement could be put into design procedure in concert with the Client's timing.

HQCEC(GUANGYE) could offer the following service in design stage:
1. Land and topographic survey, geological drilling
　 and Solf analysis.
2. Preparation of all necessary design drawings and
　 documents for the relevant local authorities
　 approvals.
3. Assist obtaining local authorities approvals and
　 provide technical explanation.

4. Design adopted with Chinese design standards/codes or the appointed international
　 and/or enterprise standards/codes.
5. If nccessary, all design drawings&documents and design instructions issued in
　 Chinese and English.
6. Adopted with 30 PDS(3D plant design system) for detail design.
7. Model-making.
8. Assist the Client to do Basic Engineering Package.
