DEVELOPING CAREER OVER 50 YEARS   Huanqiu-Guangye Contracting & Enginnering Co.,Ltd(Guangdong Petrochemical Engineering Desing institute)（HQCEC(GUANGYE)）was found in 1958. The Institute is a Class-A design institute that has completed over 1300 projects of various engineering designs. The Institute has accumulated a wealth of experience for engineering design and management in more than 40 years practice.

The business scopes is constantly extending. HQCEC(GUANGYE) has cooperated with the investors and engineering companies from USA, Japan, Germany, France, England, Italy, Switzerland, Sweden, Holland,Australia, Aomen, Taiwan and HongKong, etc. countries & districts in recent 10 years. More than two hundred introduced projects have been done. HQCEC(GUANGYE) passed through ISO9001 Quality System certification in April 1997 and re-examination in May 2000.With the development of pharmaceutical engineering design service, Pharmaceutical Engineering Design Department of HQCEC(GUANGYE) and Guangdong Pharmaceutical Design Institute are combined into a branch of HQCEC(GUANGYE) in 2000,named Guangdong Pharmaceutical Engineering Design Institute.   In order to extend our business scope, strengthen the company’s competition further, China HuanQiu Contracting & Engineering Corporation (HQCEC) took the form of “increasing investment” to join our company’s system innovation. HQCEC is a talent-intensive, intelligence-intensive, technology-intensive international contracting & engineering corporation which owns over 50-year history; it is the wholly-owned subsidiary of China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), by which is directly administered. At present, Guangdong Petrochemical Engineering Design Institute  is reformed into limited company, which is approved and registered by Guangdong Industrial and Commercial administration bureau on 12th Nov. 2007. Our Company is formally changed the name into HQCEC (GUANGYE) CO., LTD., holding the line on business scope. After changing the company’s name, HQCEC (GUANGYE) CO., LTD. will keep on inheriting the service essence of “keeping improving, satisfying customers”, to provide services in engineering consultation, engineering design and EPC just as in the past.

technicians is 270, including senior engineers 70, engineers 132. The computer center
is equipped with the advanced 3D PDS (three-dimensional Plant Design System) software & hardware from American Intergraph Co. HQCEC(GUANGYE) possesses of the national patent and
the special technology of Chemical design. CPEDI has won 5 prizes of scientific & technological results at province and ministry level, 30 prizes of excellent design, 20 prizes of total quality control results, 6 prizes of scientific & technological progressive results and fine softwares.

MODERN MANAGEMENT MODE
HQCEC(GUANGYE) focus on project-management and puts project manager-in-charge system into practice. There are 21 persons holding "Project Manager Credentials"issues by the Ministry of Construction. Project manager is the direct leader for organizing the project construction or project design based on the contract and HQCEC(GUANGYE)'s authority.
To carry out the matrix organization and management mode of the project, the project team is formed by standing functional departments and the needed professional staff
